The most common problems with non-delivery of our instructions and later also laboratory reports are to the mail servers: gmail.com, seznam.cz or centrum.cz. If your e-mail is delivered to SPAM / unsolicited folder, it is necessary to remove the SPAM tag so that other e-mails from our system can be delivered to you later in order.

Due to the long-standing problems of the Czech Post with the delivery of registered papers at the location of our laboratory, we would like to recommend that you send samples to our laboratory in the form of "valuable writing", which has guaranteed delivery by the 2nd day. This is the only way to guarantee that your sample will arrive in our laboratory on the second day after administration.
